I have relevant qualifications in the area of Exercise and Sport Science with special interest in Exercise and Fitness Therapy. I am a Certified Instructor in Fitness and Exercise therapy. My research area is into Child and Adolescence Fitness Therapy. My hobbies are sporting, writing and singing.
